On February 2nd, 2003, Hiro Hashimoto, owner and sushi chef, opened his own sushi bar in hopes that the residents and visitors to Flagstaff would enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine.

Due to our loyal customer base and continued support from Flagstaff's local population, we have continued to win "Best of Flagstaff" for Sushi and Japanese cuisine. Bringing you "Best of Flagstaff" authentic Japanese cuisine since 2003, we thank you for your continued support. Thanks from all of us at Hiro's Sushi & Japanese Restaurant.

Comfortably seating 150 people in our newly remodeled dining room, we are proud to be the largest Japanese restaurant in Flagstaff serving a full line of the freshest and finest in sushi and Japanese cuisine.

 

 

 

 

We hope you will enjoy our recently opened Sedona location. Located in the Hyatt shopping plaza, Hiro's Sushi, Grill and Martini Bar features a fine dining atmosphere at a family dining price.
